PROCEDURES
1) Buyer issues a LOI + {RWA or BCL} and NCND (to be signed and sealed by Buyer and all facilitators).
2) Seller issues FCO.
3) Buyer signs, seals and returns the FCO.
4) Seller issues Draft Contract.
5) Buyer signs, seals and returns the Contract, Seller signs the Contract and returns to the Buyer.
6) Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract to their respective banks.
7) Within 3 banking days, Buyer Bank sends a Non-operative RDLC for 1month shipment value to the Seller Bank.
8) Within 3days, Seller Bank sends Proof of Products (POP) + PB 2% via Swift Bank to Bank to the Buyer Bank.
9) RDLC operative.
10) Shipment.
